The Simple Steps That Generated An Extra 10K
Last year I embarked on a little project and set myself the task to generate an extra $10,000 in 4 -6 weeks.
I first had to find a simple way of doing this, I mean I didn’t want to work too hard, did I?
I believe that success is often not about big data or big advertising budgets. It’s about having the right process. So I read a lot about other people’s processes.
I decided to take a page from Rich Schefren’s book.
A while back, he got a role at Agora and his methods were worth paying attention to. What’s interesting isn’t the size of the data he’s dealing with, but how he uses it.
Analysis
Here’s what Rich Schefren does:
First, he checks out all the different product offers.
He looks at how many are selling, where the buyers are coming from, and how much they’re spending. He also takes a look at how well different upsell techniques are doing.
Next, he studies the best-performing product descriptions, sales pages etc. He tries to figure out why they’re doing so well and what he can learn from them.
