Can You Really Run An Online Business In 30 Minutes a day?
The Answer Is Yes, and No
Over the past 18 months, I’ve tried to minimise the time I’ve spent running my business to 30 minutes a day.
This is possible by breaking down my business into a simple step-by-step process.
- Step 1: Traffic Acquisition
- Step 2: Lead Generation
- Step 3: Email Automation
- Step 4: Sales Conversions
Once the system is set up and in place steps 2, 3, and 4 run on autopilot, I don’t have to touch them or do anything.
One of these systems has been running without input from me for almost 18 months and generating sales on a regular basis.
Step 1 is where is spend the bulk of my 30 minutes, generating traffic that will feed the system I’ve built.
Step 1 — Traffic Acquisition — Choose Wisely
The time taken for traffic acquisition varies by what source of traffic you choose to use. If we break it down to the main social media channels then 30 minutes a day is more than enough.
I generally write 4 Tweets a day and these can often be written and scheduled in under 10 minutes leaving me 20 minutes for emails and admin.
