Don’t Underutilize Your Greatest Asset

A few years ago, I found myself in a unique situation. I had made $2700 in 6 hours selling an idea.

It wasn’t magic or luck. This was the power of an engaged email list.

This experience yielded valuable lessons in how an email list can be leveraged to sell ideas and build stronger bonds with your audience.

Let’s go through the process of how I made money from an idea.

Get Feedback

When I have ideas for a course, but I’m not sure which topics my audience would prefer, Instead of making a blind guess, I utilise my email list and ask them directly.

I write an email, I ask a simple question:

Would you prefer Product A, B, or C?

The feedback I receive is usually clear and decisive.

In this case that was my first step… ask the question.

Now knowing what my audience wanted, I can move on to planning a course my subscribers want.

However, the question remains…

Would my audience be willing to purchase it?

Again, the best way to find out is to ask them directly.

Make a Proposal
