Want to write content that gets more comments and engagement?

Today, we’re diving into how to write content that engages.

Never forget that the #1 rule when writing content is always going to be BE YOURSELF

So with that in mind, let’s look at how we can craft content that grabs attention and engages the reader.

More engagement leads to more followers, more interaction and more sales.

Now, you might be thinking, “More Content tips? Delightful!”

But stick with me, and I’ll show you how to transform your content from boring to engaging.

First things first, let’s talk about the Title.

It’s the first thing your subscriber sees, and it can make or break whether your content gets read over or passed over.

Make The Title Count!

Keep it short, sweet, and to the point.

But don’t be afraid to sprinkle in a little intrigue or humour.

A title like “The Secret to Perfect Pancakes” is much more enticing than “Pancake Recipe.”

This article itself has had 3 different titles so far and I am sure I’ll try a few more before I hit publish.

If you are reading this, it was worth the effort!

Try different types and styles of titles and note the ones that attract the most reads and views.

Next up, the opening line.

Engage Your Desired Audience From The Start

This is your chance to set the tone for your content and attract the perfect audience.

Consider starting with a question. “Do you struggle to create fluffy pancakes?”

The question is used to call out the perfect audience for your article. You don’t want the reader to waste time if they aren’t your ideal audience.

If you attract your audience from the start, deliver on the “promises” in the title and first few lines and conclude with a CTA that gives your audience the next step, you won’t go far wrong.
