Step One — Use Dead Time To “Compose”
Each morning, I get up and go for a walk; it’s part of my daily routine; during that walk, I write my content and my daily email in my head.
Then, when I get home, I write the content and polish it.
This saves me so much time staring at a blank screen.
You can do this anywhere, driving to work?
Sitting on a train or a bus, even doing the weekly shop.
Instead of thinking about random things, get in the habit of creating your daily content, if your memory sucks, then make notes in a small pocket sized notebook.
