Midjourney is a tool that creates AI images, it currently lives on Discord but that may change shortly.
You can try it for free but longterm it will cost you $10 per month for 200 images.
To generate an image you start by typing /imagine this will bring up the prompt box.
You then enter any prompt you want using plain english.
For example, the cover image for this article was
/Imagine a man working on a laptop in a trendy cafe
It really is that simple! BUT if you go further you can build images that are genuinely awe inspiring.
There are several aspects of the prompt you can change to get different results.

- Style/Compositions
- Scene
- Variations/Modulations
- Size
