Why Walking Is The Best Tool In The Writers Toolbox

I make no secret of the fact that I walk everyday, I find it gives me clarity and allows my to mentally write the days content away from my desk.

I also get to meet people and dogs and have the occasional chat.

Finding balance is key in the often solitary and sedentary writing world.

While hours spent at the desk are necessary to craft stories, articles, or essays, us writers can greatly benefit from stepping away from the keyboard and heading outdoors.

Walking is an excellent way to maintain physical health and enhance creativity, focus, and overall well-being.

In fact, I find that a simple walk is the most effective way to unlock new ideas and maintain long-term productivity.
